原位生长法制备沸石咪唑酯骨架结构材料/聚偏氟乙烯杂化膜及其截取钯性能研究

Preparation of Zeolitic Imidazolate Framework-67/Polyvinylidene Fluoride Hybrid Membrane by in-situ Growth Method and Its Pd Extraction Performance

摘要 钯因其稀缺且拥有特殊性能而被广泛用于催化、电子等产业,但钯的提取工序繁琐且效率低下。以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)超滤膜为基底,将沸石咪唑酯骨架结构材料(ZIF-67)利用原位生长法负载于PVDF膜上。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外分析仪(FT-IR)对膜形貌、结构进行表征。考察了沸石咪唑酯骨架结构材料/聚偏氟乙烯(ZIF-67/PVDF)杂化膜对钯的截留性能。当聚电解质和钯的质量比为3.0时,浸渍于ZIF-67合成液24 h的样品最大截留率为92.60%。 Pd is widely used in industries such as catalytic and electronic field due to its scarcity and special abilities. In this article, zeolitic imidazolate frame work-67(ZIF-67)/polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) ultra-filtration membrane was successfully combined with in-situ growth method. The morphology and structure of the membrane were examined by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The extraction performance for Pd was also investigated. When the mass ratio of polyelectrolyte and palladium was 3.0, the membrane showd the highest extraction rate of 92.60% after immersed in ZIF-67 solution for 24 h.
