基于NaYF_(4)∶Yb, Er@YVO_(4)∶Eu纳米荧光材料的双模式手印显现 被引量:2

Dual-Mode Development of Latent Fingerprints Based on NaYF∶Yb, Er@YVO∶Eu Fluorescent Nanomaterials

摘要 采用溶剂热法合成出NaYF_(4)∶Yb, Er@YVO_(4)∶Eu核壳型纳米荧光材料,对纳米材料的微观形貌和光学性能进行了表征,将合成的纳米荧光粉末应用于常见客体表面潜在手印的双模式显现,并考察了手印显现的对比度、灵敏度、选择性、适用性和抗背景干扰能力。研究结果表明,经NaYF_(4)∶Yb, Er@YVO_(4)∶Eu核壳型纳米荧光材料显现的手印在254 nm紫外光的激发下可以产生明亮的红色荧光,在980 nm近红外光的激发下可以产生明亮的绿色荧光,显现出的手印具有较高的对比度、灵敏度和选择性,能在很大程度上提升手印显现的效果。该显现方法具有较广的适用性和较强的抗背景干扰能力,可以针对不同类型的客体选择适合的显现模式。 NaYF_(4)∶Yb, Er@YVO_(4)∶Eu core-shell fluorescent nanomaterials were synthesized via the hydrothermal method. The microscopic morphologies and optical properties of nanomaterials were characterized. The as-prepared nanopowders were then applied to develop latent fingerprints on various substrates. The developing contrast, sensitivity, selectivity, applicability and background interference were also discussed in detail. The results showed that fingerprints developed by fluorescent nanopowders could emit bright red and green fluorescence under 254 nm ultraviolet and 980 nm near infrared irradiation, respectively. The developed fingerprints could exhibit high developing contrast, sensitivity and selectivity, which greatly improved the development of fingerprints. Our method also possesses wide applicability and negligible background interference so that operators can choose appropriate developing mode according to different types of substrates.
