摘要 汽车在不同区域行驶,会因地区环境差异产生各种问题。其中,由于气压引起的动力性能下降、油耗增加、排放恶化等问题尤为严重。为解决此类问题,高海拔模拟试验室越来受到各大汽车厂商的推崇。论文通过对国内某汽车企业的高海拔混凝土试验仓的设计研究及建设全过程的跟踪调研,介绍高海拔混凝土试验仓的设计要求,比较其与钢仓的设计优劣势,结合有限元分析结果,剖析高海拔混凝土试验仓的结构设计难点,并对结构构造及施工控制要点进行了总结。 Driving in different areas will cause various problems due to the differences of regional environment.Among them,the problems such as the decrease of power performance,the increase of fuel consumption and the deterioration of emissions caused by air pressure are particularly serious.In order to solve these problems,high altitude simulated laboratory is more and more respected by major automobile manufacturers.Through the research on the design and construction process of a high-altitude concrete test warehouse of a domestic automobile enterprise,this paper introduces the design requirements of the high-altitude concrete test warehouse,compare its design advantages and disadvantages with steel silo,combined with the FEM result,analyzes the structural design difficulties of the high-altitude concrete test warehouse.The construction control points are summarized as follows.
