不同供磷水平对核桃实生幼苗叶片营养、光合及叶绿素荧光特性的影响 被引量:5

Effects of different phosphorus levels on leaf nutrition,photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of walnut seedlings

摘要 以‘新萃丰’核桃实生幼苗为试材,研究不同供磷水平(磷肥施用量为0、10、20、30、40 g/株)对核桃实生幼苗叶片营养元素含量、光合特性、叶绿素荧光特性、光合色素含量等的影响。结果表明:随着供磷水平的提升,P、K、Mg、Cu含量呈逐渐升高的趋势;N、Ca、S、B、Fe、Zn、Mn、Mo元素含量呈先升高再下降趋势,在磷肥施用量为30 g/株时达最高;磷肥施用量为30 g/株时,光合特性、叶绿素荧光特性、光合色素等指标均达到最优。综上,磷肥施用量为30 g/株利于核桃幼苗进行光合作用及维持了各养分含量之间的平衡,最适宜核桃实生幼苗生长。 The seedlings of‘Xincuifeng’walnut were used as planting materials to study the effects of different phosphorus levels(P application rate of 0 g/plant,10 g/plant,20 g/plant,30 g/plant,40 g/plant)on the content of nutrient elements,photosynthetic characteristics,chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics and photosynthetic pigments of walnut seedlings were studied.The results showed that the content of P,K,Mg,Cu increased gradually with the increase of P supply level,and the content of N,Ca,S,B,Fe,Zn,Mn,Mo increased first and then decreased with the increase of P supply level,and reached the highest when the P application rate was 30 g/plant.The content of the above-mentioned elements reached the maximum value at the rate of 30 g/plant P application,and the photosynthetic characteristics,chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics,photosynthetic pigment and other indicators reached the optimum,which indicated that the most suitable growth of walnut seedling was at the rate of 30 g/plant application.In conclusion,30 g/plant of phosphate fertilizer is conducive to the photosynthesis of walnut seedlings and maintain the balance of nutrient contents,which is the most suitable for walnut seedling growth.
