摘要
采用液相合成法,高产率地合成了L-苯丙氨酰甘氨酸炔丙酯二肽,用核磁共振氢谱(^(1)H NMR)、核磁共振碳谱(^(13)C NMR)和电喷雾质谱(ESI-MS)对L-苯丙氨酰甘氨酸炔丙酯二肽进行了表征。通过加入α-糜蛋白酶、失活的α-糜蛋白酶以及胰蛋白酶,研究了L-苯丙氨酰甘氨酸炔丙酯二肽的酶解性能,结果表明,L-苯丙氨酰甘氨酸炔丙酯二肽中的肽键只能被α-糜蛋白酶酶解,具有特异性。
A newL-phenylalanyl glycine propargyl ester dipeptide was synthesized with a high yield by liquid phase synthesis.The structure of product was verified by ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR and ESI-MS.The enzymatic hydrolysis property of L-phenylalanyl glycine propargyl ester was studied by addingα-chymotrypsin,inactivatedα-chymotrypsin and trypsin.The results showed that the peptide bond in the dipeptide can only be cleaved efficiently byα-chymotrypsin,indicative of specificity.
