六西格玛管理研究范式及发展趋势——基于文献计量学的分析

Research on Paradigm and Development Trend of Six Sigma Management:Based on Bibliometric Analysis

以中国知网数据库中的1993-2019年六西格玛管理相关的文献为样本,采用BICOMB文献分析软件,对国内六西格玛管理的研究历程进行阶段划分。同时利用Pajek软件,基于共词分析和社会网络分析方法,着重对六西格玛管理文献的关键词进行多方位研究,分析目前六西格玛管理研究的现状,找出有关六西格玛管理研究的热点,预测六西格玛管理的未来发展趋势。建立我国质量战略和以质量为基础的战略实施的关键理论支撑,提出六西格玛管理如何顺应大数据时代发展的技术性建议。

The paper took Six Sigma management related from CNKI publishing Database between 1993 and 2016 as sample,and used BICOMB bibliometric software to periodically divide the domestic research process of Six Sigma management.While Based on co-word analysis and social network analysis,it used Pajek software to focus on multi-directional the research for the Six Sigma management literature keywords,analyzed the current research status of Six Sigma management,found out the hotspots about Six Sigma management research,and forecast the future development of Six Sigma management.It established the key theoretical support for the implementation of China's quality strategy and quality-based strategy,and put forward technical proposals for Six Sigma management about how it adapted to the development of big data era.
