建筑施工造价管理控制现存问题及对策研究

在各行各业都取得长足发展的新时代,建筑工程行业也在近年来取得了大幅度进步。但其造价管理控制仍存在部分问题,需要进一步对加以完善。针对建筑施工造价管理控制过程中现存的问题,在对建筑施工进行现场勘查的基础上,发现其中存在造价管控方式相对落后及原料成本超标等各类问题,并提出了需要提升工程造价管理人员整体素质等相应对策,以期为业内相关人员提供参考。

In the new era of great development in all walks of life,building construction industries have also made substantial progress in recent years.However,there are still some problems in its cost management control,which need to be further improved.In view of the existing problems in the process of cost management and control of building construction,on the basis of the site survey of building construction,it is found that there are various problems such as relatively backward cost control methods and excessive raw material costs,and the corresponding countermeasures such as the need to improve the overall quality of project cost management personnel are put forward in order to provide reference for relevant personnel in the industry.
