The signing of the first-phase economic and trade agreement between China and the United States will have a profound impact on China's intellectual property protection system construction.This article analyzes the status and existing problems of the intellectual property protection by taking the transformation and upgrading of Changzhou's equipment manufacturing industry as an example,and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions based on advanced practices at home and abroad.
