复杂环境暗挖隧道侧穿机场微振爆破技术研究

摘要 在复杂的城市中施工时,为了降低隧道侧穿机场受爆破时振动的影响,本文通过某机场修建地铁工程实例进行微振爆破设计。本文仅讨论上台阶,断面的中下设置四级楔形掏槽、掏槽眼孔深0.85~1.20m,炮孔角度68°~75°,孔间距0.3~0.55m,单孔装药量0.55~0.78kg;断面Ⅰ辅助眼孔距0.7m、排距0.6m,孔深1.10m、单孔装药0.60kg;周边孔孔间距0.45m,孔深1.10m,单孔装药0.66kg;断面Ⅱ辅助眼孔间距为0.5m、0.9m、1.0m,周边孔的参数与断面Ⅰ一样;利用23段毫秒数码雷管分次起爆,采用TC-4850爆破测振仪进行爆破监控,结果显示振动控制在0.80cm/s以内。 In order to reduce the impact of blasting vibration on the tunnel side passing through the airport during the construction in complex cities,this paper carries out the design of micro vibration blasting through an airport subway project.In this paper,the upper step is only discussed.In the middle and lower section,the four-level wedge cut is set,the hole depth is 0.85~1.20m,the hole Angle is 68°~75°,the hole spacing is 0.3~0.55m,and the single hole charge is 0.55~0.78kg.SectionⅠauxiliary hole spacing of 0.7m,row spacing of 0.6m,hole depth of 1.10m,single hole charge of 0.60kg;Peripherly hole spacing 0.45m,hole depth 1.10m,single hole charge 0.66kg;SectionⅡauxiliary hole spacing is 0.5m,0.9m,1.0m,the parameters of the peripheral hole are the same as the section;The blasting was monitored by TC-4850 blasting vibrometer.The results showed that the vibration was controlled within 0.80cm/s.
