随着建筑的数字化发展,使得其管理与应用也朝着数据化方向发展。其技术包括:BIM、物联网、大数据、人工智能、云计算、移动通信与VR技术等,这些技术的应用提升了精细化的施工管理水平。随着计算机化建设技术、智能终端和物联网网络技术的深入,实现了大数据项目的管理和决策,可促进建设项目数字化、计算机化和产业化。实现整个施工过程的智能化管理,促进建筑业管理方式的转变。
With the digital development of architecture,its management and application are also developing towards the direction of data.Its technologies include:BIM,Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence,cloud computing,mobile communication and VR technology,etc.The application of these technologies has improved the level of fine construction management.With the deepening of computerized construction technology,intelligent terminal and Internet of Things network technology,the management and decision-making of big data projects have been realized,which can promote the digitization,computerization and industrialization of construction projects,to realize the intelligent management of the whole construction process and promote the transformation of the management mode of the construction industry.
