党的十八大以来爱国主义教育的理论发展与实践创新

Theoretical Development and Practical Innovation of Patriotism Education since the 18th National Congress of the CPC

党的十八大以来,国内环境和国际局势都发生了深刻变化,给爱国主义教育提供了全新环境,也给爱国主义教育带来了多重影响。中国共产党结合新的时代条件,在理论上对爱国主义教育进行了创新发展,指出弘扬爱国主义,要坚持爱国主义与社会主义的统一、坚持尊重民族传统和弘扬时代精神的统一、坚持立足民族与面向世界的统一、坚持个人发展与爱国主义的统一、坚持立爱国之志与践报国之行的统一。党对新时代爱国主义教育实践也进行了创新:在战略谋划上,坚持爱国主义教育的顶层设计和法治建设相结合;在教育目标上,坚持核心价值培育和时代新人培养相结合;在教育方法上,坚持先进典型引领与教育载体创新相结合。党的十八大以来,中国共产党通过理论发展和实践创新增强了爱国主义教育的科学性、时代性和感召力。

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the domestic environment and the international situation have undergone profound changes,which has provided a new environment for patriotism education and brought multiple influences to the patriotism education.The Communist Party of China,in combination with the new conditions of the times,has made innovative development in theory on patriotism education,pointing out that to promote patriotism,we should adhere to the unity of patriotism and socialism,the unity of respecting the national tradition and promoting the spirit of the times,the unity of relying on the nation and facing the world,the unity of individual development and patriotism,and the unity of the patriotic aspiration and the practice of serving the country.The Party has also made innovations in the practice of patriotism education in the new era,namely,in strategic planning,we should combine the top-level design of patriotism education with the construction of the rule of law;in terms of educational objectives,we should combine the cultivation of the core values with the training of the new generation;in terms of educational methods,we should combine the guidance of the advanced models with the innovation of educational carriers.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC has strengthened the scientificity,the temporal spirit and the appeal of patriotism education through the theoretical development and practical innovation.
