The grass roots are the first line of state governance.There is a high degree of compatibility between the CPPCC and grassroots governance in terms of value orientation,participants,contents and inner spirit.Embedding the CPPCC into grassroots governance and giving full play to the advantages of the CPPCC in organizations,talents,platforms and systems are conducive to improving the scientificity,legitimacy,effectiveness and orderliness of grassroots governance.The implementation path of the CPPCC′s participation in grassroots governance should be explored in terms of improving the construction of the CPPCC′s grassroots organizations,giving play to the main role of CPPCC members,building various forms of negotiation platforms,and guiding citizens to participate in grassroots governance in an orderly manner.
