有机可逆热致变色材料的微胶囊化研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用结晶紫内酯为发色剂、十二烷基酚为显色剂、十四醇为溶剂制备变色复配物,确定三者最佳质量配比为1:4:70,变色温度范围为30.1~37.4℃,变色时间为226s,复色时间为68s。为提高有机可逆热致变色材料的变色稳定性,采用原位聚合法对变色材料微胶囊化,以脲醛树脂为壁材、变色材料复配物为芯材,确定微胶囊制备的最优工艺条件:尿素与甲醛的摩尔比为1:1.5,搅拌速度为500rpm,反应温度为75℃,乳化剂质量分数为2%;最佳工艺条件下制备的变色材料微胶囊包覆效果良好且形状大小均匀,粒径在1~2μm之间,具有优良的变色稳定性。 Using crystal violet lactone as chromogener,dodecyl phenol as chromogener and tetradecyl alcohol as solvent,the coloration complex was prepared.The optimal mass ratio of the three was determined as 1:4:70,the coloration temperature range was 30.1~37.4℃,the coloration time was 226s,and the coloration time was 68s.To improve the color stability of organic reversible heat discoloration materials,using in-situ polymerization,color material,was microencapsulated with urea-formaldehyde resin as wall materials,color materials for the core material to determine the optimal process conditions of the preparation of microcapsule:the molar ratio of urea and formaldehyde of 1:1.5,the mixing speed is 500 RPM,the reaction temperature is 75℃,emulsifier mass fraction is 2%.The color-changing material microcapsules prepared under the optimal conditions have good coating effect and uniform shape and size,and the particle size is between 1~2μm,which has excellent color-changing stability.
