摘要
许多城市面临日益严重的交通拥堵问题,随着大数据的推广应用,智慧交通服务手段日渐成熟,以上海市某主干路及周边路网为研究对象,展开智能诱导“微循环”系统的应用研究,设置4个“微循环”诱导路径,介绍具体路径选择、布置点位、VMS版面布设、交通管理措施等关键技术,并采取问卷调研和VISSIM软件仿真后评价的方法对应用效果进行评价分析,对诱导方案提出可优化改善方向,通过系统性设计方法及评价证实采取实时智能交通诱导方式建立“微循环”系统,可达到有效疏解城市交通拥堵的目的,是交通管理部门用来实现交通流优化、避免交通阻塞的一种合理方式。
Many Cities are facing increasingly serious urban traffic congestion,with the popularization and application of big data,intelligent transportation service means are becoming more and more mature.Taking a trunk road and its surrounding road network in Shanghai as the research object,the application research of intelligent guidance"microcirculation"system is carried out.Four"microcirculation"induction paths are set up,and key technologies such as specific path selection,layout point,VMS layout,traffic management measures are introduced.The application effect is evaluated and analyzed by questionnaire survey and post VISSIM simulation evaluation,and the direction of optimization and improvement is put forward for the guidance scheme,The system design method and evaluation prove that the establishment of"microcirculation"system by real-time intelligent traffic guidance can effectively relieve the traffic congestion in the city,and is a reasonable way for traffic management departments to optimize traffic flow and avoid traffic congestion.
