社区医护人员安宁疗护知信行现况及其影响因素分析

The current situations and influencing factors of knowledge,attitude and practice of community medical staff of hospice care

目的调查上海市社区医护人员安宁疗护知信行现状及影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法于2020年1月选取参加安宁疗护服务能力培训的118名社区医护人员为研究对象,使用自行设计的问卷进行调查。结果社区医护人员安宁疗护态度条目得分高于知识和行为条目得分,且得分排序前5的条目中4项属于态度维度。多重线性回归分析显示,性别(P=0.038)和是否从事过安宁疗护工作(P=0.01)与社区医护人员知信行得分相关。结论社区医护人员安宁疗护态度积极,知识和行为较为薄弱,须加强女性在安宁疗护中的作用,提高社区医护人员灵性关怀能力,完善安宁疗护专科教育培训体系,健全政策法规,普及生命教育,进一步提高安宁认知。

Objective To investigate the current situation of knowledge,attitude and practice of community medical staff of hospice care in Shanghai.Methods A total of 118 community health care workers who took part in the hospice care service ability training in January 2020 were selected by convenient sampling method,a self-designed questionnaire survey was used.Results The scores of attitude of hospice care of community medical staff were higher than those of knowledge and practice,four of the top 5 items belonged to attitude dimension.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender(P=0.038)and whether they had engaged in hospice care(P=0.01)were related to the scores of knowledge,attitude and practice of community medical staff.Conclusion Community doctors and nurses have a positive attitude towards hospice care,but their knowledge and practice skills are relatively weak.It is necessary to strengthen the role of female in hospice care,improve the ability of spiritual care of community health care staff,establish education and training system of hospice care and the policies and regulations,so as to popularize life education,and improve the awareness of hospice care.
