新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期人机料环法在眼科管理实践中的应用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间人机料环法在眼科管理实践中的应用效果。方法运用"人机料环法"模式的管理方案,结合眼科专科特点,分别从制度与流程、人员、环境、设施设备、物资等五个方面采取相关防控措施,同时提出多项疫情期眼科护理管理建议。结果 2020年1月25日—3月25日,本院眼科医务人员共诊疗5 984例,收治住院患者324例,手术231例,尚无一例疑似或确诊感染新型冠状病毒肺炎,零投诉。结论在疫情期间眼科实施"人机料环法"模式管理方案有效可行,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the ophthalmic optimal management plan during the epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia,to reduce nosocomial infections,and to minimize the infection of novel coronavirus pneumonia in patients and ophthalmic staffs Risk protection.Methods According to the management plan of"man machine material environment method"mode and the characteristics of Ophthalmology specialty,the relevant prevention and control measures are taken from five aspects:system and process,staff and patients,environment,instruments and equipment,protective materials,etc.at the same time,a number of nursing management suggestions for ophthalmology in epidemic period are put forward.Results From January 25 to March 25,2020,more than 100 ophthalmologists in our hospital diagnosed and treated 5984 patients,324 inpatients,231 surgeries,no one suspected or confirmed to be infected with COVID-19,no complaints.Conclusion The management plan of"man-machine material environment method"in ophthalmology of our hospital during the epidemic period is effective and feasible,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
