预防和减少昏迷患者失禁相关性皮炎的循证实践

Evidence-based practice to prevent and reduce incontinence-associated dermatitis in coma patients

目的应用基于循证的最佳实践证据以预防和减少昏迷患者失禁相关性皮炎的发生。方法应用循证护理的方法获取最佳实践证据,并结合本院实际情况和现有规章制度,形成了预防和减少昏迷患者失禁性皮炎的干预措施。比较应用前后患者肛周皮肤保护情况、有效率及并发症发生情况等指标。结果采用循证干预措施前后,患者肛周皮肤保护有效率分别为86.0%和97.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);应用后,患者的并发症发生率由应用前的14.0%降到3.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过循证护理干预,可预防和减少昏迷患者失禁相关性皮炎的发生,进一步有效保护肛周皮肤,降低并发症的发生率。

Objective To apply evidence-based best practice evidence to prevent and reduce the incidence of incontinence-associated dermatitis in coma patients.Methods Evidence-based nursing method was used to obtain best practice evidence.Combined with the actual situation of the hospital and the existing rules and regulations,intervention measures were taken to prevent and reduce incontinence dermatitis in patients with coma.The protection of perianal skin,the effective rate and incidence of complications were compared before and after application.Results Before and after the evidence-based intervention,the effective rate of perianal skin protection were 86.0%and 97.0%,respectively.There was statistical difference between the data(P<0.05);After application,the incidence of complications in patients decreased from 14.0%before application to 3.0%,the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention can prevent and reduce the occurrence of incontinence-associated dermatitis in coma patients,which can further effectively protect the perianal skin and reduce the incidence of complications.
