纯电动城市客车全铝车身骨架轻量化分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对纯电动客车整车质量大、续航能力不足的问题,对纯电动城市客车整车骨架进行轻量化分析。基于HyperWorks建立纯电动城市客车整车骨架有限元模型,通过更换车身骨架材料并进行结构优化,同时采用灵敏度分析优化骨架杆件尺寸。在左极限扭转工况下对比分析优化前后纯电动城市客车整车骨架刚强度性能,纯电动城市客车全铝车身骨架实现了整车轻量化。 Aiming at the problem of large mass and insufficient endurance of pure electric bus,the lightweight analysis of the whole vehicle skeleton of pure electric city bus is carried out.Based on Hyper Works,the finite element model of pure electric city bus frame is established.By replacing the body frame material and structure optimizing,the size of frame components is optimized by sensitivity analysis.Under the left extreme torsion condition,the stiffness and strength performance of pure electric city bus frame before and after optimization are compared and analyzed.With the all aluminum body frame of pure electric city bus,vehicle lightweight is realized.
