多功能椰枣园作业平台设计与优化

Design and Optimization of Multi-functional Operation Platform for Date Palm Garden

摘要 多功能椰枣园作业平台是山东省农业机械科学研究院与埃及国家研究中心合作运用机、电、液一体化技术研制的椰枣园多功能作业机械。根据实际作业要求确定了主要技术参数,初步设计后,应用齐次坐标变换法验证了结构设计参数满足设计要求。在SolidWorks平台上进行详细结构设计后,利用Simulation对主要工作部件进行了有限元分析,计算出了机械臂的应力云图、应变云图、位移云图,找出了机械臂的应力较大截面,并在此基础上对机械臂进行了优化,优化后的结构应力分布均匀,整体受力状况改善,机具自身强度可满足使用要求。 The multi-functional operation platform for date palm garden is a kind of multi-functional operation machinery developed by Shandong Academy of Agricultural Machinery Sciences and National Research Center,Egypt by using the technology of mechanical,electrical and hydraulic integration.According to the actual operation requirements,the main technical parameters are determined.After the preliminary design,the homogeneous coordinate transformation method is used to verify that the structural design parameters meet the design requirements.After detailed structural design on Solid Works platform,the finite element analysis of main working parts is carried out by using simulation,and the stress nephogram,strain nephogram and displacement nephogram of the manipulator are calculated.The large stress section of the manipulator is found out,and on this basis,the mechanical arm is optimized.After optimization,the stress distribution of the structure is uniform,the overall stress condition is improved,and the strength of the machine can meet the use requirements.
