摘要
为满足车辆在低速行驶的操纵灵活性和高速行驶的操纵稳定性需求,设计了一种可变传动比式转向系统。该可变传动比式转向系统通过磁力作用驱动钢球环形架结构的滑移来实现转向轴外壳与转向器套筒相对转动,从而实现可变传动比功能。该系统不仅能实现转向传动比随车速变化而变换,还能减少驾驶员对车辆转向特性变化的补偿修正,可保障转向系统传动比随车速变化始终处于理想的传动比变换范围,极大地提高车辆转向操控性能的舒适性和精确性。
In order to satisfy the requirements of vehicle handling flexibility at low speed and handling stability at high speed,a variable ratio steering system is designed.The variable ratio steering system drives the sliding of steel ball ring frame structure by magnetic force to realize the relative rotation of the steering shaft shell and steering gear sleeve,so as to realize the function of variable ratio.The variable ratio steering system can not only realize the steering gear ratio along with the speed of change and transformation,but also reduce the driver’s compensation and correction for the change of vehicle’s steering characteristics.It can guarantee that steering gear ratio changes with the vehicle speed are always in the ideal ratio range,and greatly improves the comfort and accuracy of vehicle steering control performance.
