摘要 为了提高烟盘清洗效率,分析了高压喷嘴的作业机理,并针对烟盘的清洗提出了喷嘴内部结构的优化方案。分别建立直线型喷嘴和优化型喷嘴的外流场模型,利用Fluent软件对二者进行仿真分析,得到水射流的速度云图和目标表面上的压力云图,并根据数值绘制速度变化曲线图和目标表面的压力变化曲线图。研究结果表明:优化后的喷嘴比直线型喷嘴清洗效率提高了1.9倍,故在出口截面积不变的前提下,适当加宽射流出口能有效地提高清洗效率。 In order to improve the cleaning efficiency of the cigarette tray,the mechanism of high-pressure water jet decontamination and operation mechanism of the nozzle are analyzed,and the optimization scheme of the nozzle structure is proposed.The flow field models of linear nozzle and optimized nozzle are established respectively.The velocity nephogram of water jet and the pressure nephogram of target surface are obtained by Fluent software.The velocity curve and pressure curve of target surface are drawn according to the numerical value,and the jet characteristics of the two nozzles are summarized.The results show that the cleaning efficiency of optimized nozzle is 1.9 times higher than that of linear nozzle.Therefore,under the premise of the same outlet cross-sectional area,widening the jet outlet appropriately can improve the cleaning efficiency.
