基于惯性释放的三轮汽车钢板弹簧分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对某三轮汽车的钢板弹簧断裂问题,引入惯性释放方法,对钢板弹簧进行有限元分析。结果表明,惯性释放方法能有效解决钢板弹簧非静定问题,并且可得到合理且符合实际的钢板弹簧的应力分布状态。根据惯性释放分析结果重新定义了骑马螺栓的拧紧力矩,并很好地解决了钢板弹簧中心断裂的问题。 Aiming at the fracture problem of leaf spring in a three-wheel vehicle,the inertial release method is introduced to analyze the leaf spring with finite element method.The results show that the inertia release method can effectively solve the non-statically determinate problem of the leaf spring,and the reasonable and practical stress distribution state of the leaf spring can be obtained.According to the results of inertial release analysis,the tightening torque of U-bolt is redefined and the problem of spring center fracture is solved.
