复合材料汽车地板结构研究

摘要 为了研究复合材料在地板上应用的可行性和强度是否满足。根据经典层合板理论设计了一个复合材料汽车地板,用ABAQUS软件进行力学分析。随后,对其进行结构的优化,再采用ABAQUS软件进行力学分析。仿真结果表明优化后的复合材料地板比之前的强度大大提升,起重量也比铝等金属轻,既满足了轻量化的要求,也符合设计要求。 In order to study the feasibility and strength of composite materials in the floor,a composite automobile floor is designed according to the classical laminate theory,and the mechanical analysis is carried out with ABAQUS.Then the structure was optimized and the mechanical analysis was carried out by ABAQUS.The simulation results show that the strength of the optimized composite floor is greatly improved,and its weight is smaller than that of aluminum and other metals,which not only meets the lightweight requirements,but also meets the design requirements.
