避雷针架高装置的动静态结构性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 为方便避雷针的安装和拆卸工作,设计一种架高装置简称升降杆来满足工作的需要。用SolidWorks三维软件建立结构模型,再导入有限元软件ANSYS中分析升降杆在工况情况下受到风载荷和避雷装置重力以及自身重力共同作用下模型的应力分布和变形情况,以及升降杆的固有频率和模态分析。结果表明,升降杆能长期为避雷针提供安全稳定的服务,也可为后续升降杆的优化设计提供一定的依据。 In order to facilitate the installation and dismounting of lightning rod,a kind of lifting rod is designed to meet the needs of work.The structure model is established by Solid Works three-dimensional software,and then imported into the finite element software ANSYS to analyze the stress distribution and deformation of the model under the combined action of wind load,lightning protection device gravity and its own gravity,as well as the natural frequency and mode analysis of the lifting rod.The results show that the lifting rod can provide safe and stable service for the lightning rod for a long time and provide a certain basis for the followup optimization design of the lifting rod.
