摘要
对杭州市某AAO-MBR工艺的污水处理厂进行处理效果和沿程运行特性分析,发现该系统处理效果稳定。在C/N比较低的进水条件下,生物脱氮效果良好,但MBR池所需风机能耗远大于好氧生物所需,好氧池的硝化效率不足70%,其生物除磷效率明显较小,基本靠化学药剂实现除磷,化学沉淀的内回流又一定程度上影响了厌氧释磷。基于这些结果和文献数据,建议应根据污水厂的实际情况,逐步调整3种内回流流量甚至是内回流点位置,确保AAO工艺各单元起到应有作用,并加强MBR吹扫风量的优化研究,降低该部分能耗。
Effectiveness and characteristics along operation process of AAO-MBR in a wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Hangzhou were analyzed.It was found that the treatment effect of the system was stable,and the biological nitrogen removal was better despite the C/N of influent was low,but the energy consumption of aeration in MBR tank was much higher than that of aerobic tank for organisms needed.The nitrification efficiency of aerobic tank was less than 70%,and the biological phosphorus removal efficiency was significantly lower.Phosphorus removal was basically achieved by chemical agents,and the internal reflux of chemical precipitation affected the anaerobic phosphorus release to a certain extent.Based on these results and literature data,and according to the actual situation of the WWTP,the flow and even the position of three kinds of internal reflux should be gradually adjusted to ensure that each unit of AAO process plays its own role.In addition,the optimization research on the blowing air volume of MBR should be strengthened to reduce the energy consumption of this part.
