Problem Diagnosis of Wastewater Treatment System and the Strategies of Quality and Efficiency Improvement

为恢复城镇污水处理系统功能,改善城市水环境质量,以上海市某污水处理厂系统问题排查入手,由现象到本质分析主要原因,追根溯源,找准提质增效的着力点。首先对污水厂近年来水质水量变化规律进行数据分析,探讨影响水质水量变化的主要原因;其次针对分析结果,提出可行性整治方案;最后总结案例,提出河网密布区域污水处理系统提质增效系统化方案编制工作流程。以上研究为助力水污染防治工作、推进城市生态文明建设提供支撑。

In order to restore the function of urban sewage treatment system and improve the quality of urban water environment,problems of a sewage treatment plant in Shanghai were systematically studied.During the process,with the analysis of the main causes from phenomenon to the essence and by hard and thorough search,the main points were identified to improve the water environment quality and efficiency.Firstly,the change law of water quality and quantity in wastewater treatment plant in recent years was analyzed and the main reasons influencing the change of water quality and quantity were discussed.Secondly,according to the above analysis results,the feasibility of the renovation plans was raised.Finally,based on the summary,the operational flow of systematic scheme compilation for improving the quality and efficiency of the sewage treatment system in densely covered areas is put forward.The above research provides support for the prevention and control of water pollution and the construction of urban ecological civilization.
