摘要
臭氧催化氧化工艺能够强化臭氧氧化效果,北方某水厂引入蜂窝陶瓷臭氧催化氧化模块技术,并进行了生产性试验。试验结果表明,在原水水质较好的情况下,该技术在控制污染物浓度方面有一定的效果,臭氧催化氧化出水与单纯臭氧氧化出水相比TOC小10%,UV254和THMFP差值较小,而颗粒数增加,说明催化臭氧的氧化能力较强。由于催化模块空隙狭小,装填密集,臭氧长期停用时存在微生物滋长,造成模块堵塞的风险。
Ozone catalytic oxidation process can enhance the ozone oxidation effect.Honeycomb ceramic ozone catalytic oxidation module technology was introduced into a water plant in North China,and the production experiment was carried out.Experimental results showed that the technology had a certain effect on the control of pollutant concentration under the condition of better raw water quality.TOC of the effluent from ozonation was 10%smaller than that of the effluent from simple ozonation,and the difference between UV254 and THMFP was smaller,while the particle number was increased,which indicated that the catalytic ozonation had strong oxidation ability.Due to the narrow space and dense loading of the catalytic module,there was a risk of module blockage caused by microbial growth on the module when ozone was stopped for a long time.
