摘要
因我国的社会生产对煤矿资源的需求量较大,导致煤矿开采的力度也随之增大,这同时也增加了巷道施工的复杂程度,致使掘进施工需要面临更大的难度。而在煤矿开采的过程中,掘进工作的效率将直接影响煤矿开采效率和煤矿开采的质量。为此,需要结合煤矿巷道的基本特征,对掘进工艺进行进一步优化,使其能够逐步满足当前复杂化的巷道施工要求。目前来看,掘进施工过程中引入了多种机械化设备,通常会采取人机交互的作业形式来提升作业效率,这便会增加掘进施工的危险系数。基于此,文章针对巷道工程的掘进方法以及掘进工艺的优化策略展开研究。
The social production in China has a great demandfor coal resources,which leads to an increase in the intensity of coal mining.At the same time,it also increases the complexity of roadway construction,which makes it more difficult for tunneling construction.In the process of coal mining,the efficiency oftunneling will directly affect the efficiency and qualityofcoal mining.Therefore,it is necessaryto further optimize the tunneling process according to the basic characteristics of coal mine roadway,so that it can gradually meet the current complicated roadway construction requirements.At present,a variety of mechanized equipments are introduced in the tunneling construction,and the man-machine interaction is usually adopted to improve the operation efficiency,which will increase the riskfactor of tunneling construction.Based on this,this paper studies the tunneling method and optimization strategy of tunneling process.
