油田采油污水回注处理技术及工艺探讨 被引量:5

摘要 解决了油田污水后,回注不仅可以防止空气污染,还可以节省成本,而注入不达标的水不仅会破坏地质结构,而且还会造成侵蚀和结垢。因此需要对污水进行处理回注。本文首先对油田注水技术的发展现状和存在的问题进行分析,比较了基本的"老三套"含油污水处理工艺,重油污水和聚合物驱污水返排技术处理的特点和发展趋势。讨论了污水处理的新技术和新工艺,明确提出了技术发展趋势和市场前景的建议。本文认为基本的污水回注解决方案技术和处理技术具有不同程度的局限性,必须逐步加以改进。在此基础上,膜生物反应器工艺处理等新技术和新的污水处理技术,其成本低廉,固溶效果非常好,可以为石油和化工行业带来卓越的经济效益。 After solving the problem of oilfield sewage,reinjection can not only prevent air pollution,but also save costs.Injecting substandard water will not only destroy geological structure,but also cause erosion and scaling.Therefore,the sewage needs to be treated and reinjected.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of oilfield water injection technology,and compares the basic"old three sets"oily sewage treatment process,the characteristics and development trend of heavy oil sewage and polymer flooding sewage backflow technology.The new technologies and processes of sewage treatment are discussed,and the suggestions of technology development trend and market prospect are clearly put forward.This paper considers that the basic wastewater reinjection solution technology and treatment technology have different degrees of limitations,and must be gradually improved.On this basis,new technologies such as membrane bioreactor process treatment and new sewage treatment technology have low cost and good solution effect,which can bring outstanding economic benefits to petroleum and chemical industries.
