摘要
矿山开采的安全与效益,较大程度上依赖于机电设备,但受复杂井下环境及不良运行维护影响,机电设备故障难以规避,并伴有极大损失与危害。出于降低故障损失考虑,应从故障诊断技术入手,及时发现已有或潜在设备故障,提升矿山机电设备检修效率。本文分析了矿山机电设备故障成因,并明确其诊断步骤与技术分类,最后就如何在实际检修中合理化运用相应故障诊断技术提出具体策略,旨在维护好矿山机电设备运行状态。
The safety and benefit of mining depend on electromechanical equipment to a great extent However,due to the influence of complex underground environment and poor operation and maintenance,the failure of electromechanical equipment is difficult to avoid,accompanied by great losses and hazards.In consideration of reducing fault loss,we should start with fault diagnosis technology,find existing or potential equipment faults in time,and improve the maintenance efficiency of mine electromechanical equipment.In this paper,the causes of mine electromechanical equipment failure are analyzed,and the diagnosis steps and technical classification are clarified.Finally,specific strategies are put forward on how to rationally apply the corresponding fault diagnosis technology in actual maintenance,aiming at maintaining the running state of mine electromechanical equipment.
