摘要
本文详细介绍了粉煤灰活性激发的基本原理,分析了可能影响粉煤灰活化的因素,探究了粉煤灰活化的方法,探索了掺入比例不同的激发剂对粉煤灰活化效果的影响,由此确定了两种激发剂在进行活化时掺入的最佳比例。为了确定最佳活化温度,按照激发剂掺入的最佳比例,在实验室进行粉煤灰活化的实验,活化时间定为8h,得出实验结果:活化温度在14℃~16℃时,活化时间3~8h为最佳,粉煤灰活性最容易被激发,进而增加胶结充填充填材料的强度。
This paper introduces the basic principle of activity excitation offly ash in detail,analyzes the factors that may affect the activation offly ash,probes into the activation methodsoffly ash,and explores the influence of excitants with different proportions on the activation effectof fly ash,thus determining the best ratio of two activators in activation.In order to determine the best activation temperature,the activation experiment of fly ash was carried out in laboratory according to the best proportion of activator,and the activation time was set at 8 hours.The experimental results show that when the activation temperature is 14℃〜16℃ and the activation time is 3〜8h,the activity of fly ash can be stimulated most easily,thus increasing the strength of cemented filling materials.
