摘要
设计了一种基于DXF文件自动生成G代码的软件系统,并应用于工业机器人平台。首先,对于DXF文件的复杂图形,系统能够自适应地调节起始位置、加工深度和比例。再则,基于伯姆(Boehm)算法减少样条曲线的插值密度、冗余节点以及重新定位起点次数,以优化G代码。仿真和实物加工实验结果证明:该系统能够有效地处理DXF文件的复杂图形。在DXF文件自动生成过程中优化G代码,并达到较好的执行效果。
In this paper,a software system of DXF file automatically generating G codes is developed,and is applied to the industrial robot platform.Firstly,the system can adjust the starting position,processing depth and scale adaptively for complicated graphics of DXF files.Furthermore,the interpolation density,redundant nodes and the number of reorientation start points of spline are reduced by Boehm algorithm.The results of simulations and real experiment show that the system can effectively handle the complicated graphics of DXF files,and the automatically generated G codes are optimized to obtain better effects.
