摘要
为提高汽车翼子板成型质量,在对翼子板冲压过程仿真及对其冲压参数进行分析的基础上,提出了利用多元回归方法优化翼子板的成型参数,从而确定最佳冲压工艺参数组合。仿真及实物分析结果表明:所提方法能够指导翼子板成型过程,且整体设计满足安全性要求。
In order to improve the forming quality of the automobile fender,this paper proposes to optimize the forming parameters of fender by using multiple regression method based on the simulation of fender stamping process and the analysis of its stamping parameters,so as to determine the best combination of stamping process parameters.Through the simulation and physical analysis,the results show that the proposed method can guide the fender generation process,and the overall modeling allowance of the fender meets the safety requirements.
