摘要
棉针织物冷轧堆前处理和染色时,织物长时间在碱剂作用下或经其他处理如煮练或生物酶抛光后,表面纤维发生损伤,在后续进行柔软整理时容易断裂成短纤维形成毛尘。线性多元共聚嵌段改性有机硅合成的无尘亲水硅油KF-333能很好地解决这一难题。测试无尘亲水硅油KF-333的相容性,并将其各项应用性能与市面上多种普通硅油以及同类型硅油进行对比。结果显示:无尘亲水硅油KF-333相容性好,广泛适用于各种棉针织物在定形机上的后整理加工;水洗时除毛尘效果优,织物的亲水性和增深效果均能达到客户要求。
When cotton knitted fabric is pretreated and dyed by cold pad-batch,after a long time of alkali treatment or other treatments such as scouring or enzyme polishing,the surface fiber of the fabric is damaged,and it is easy to break into short fiber and form dust in the subsequent softening treatment.The dust-free hydrophilic silicone oil KF-333 synthe-sized by linear multiple copolymerization block modified organosilicone can solve this problem well.The compatibility of KF-333 was tested,and the application performance of the silicone oil was compared with that of common silicone oil and the same type of silicone oil on the market.It is concluded that the dust-free hydrophilic silicone oil KF-333 has good compatibility,which can be widely used in the finishing of various cotton knitted fabric on setting machine.The effect of re-moving dust is superior in washing,and the hydrophilicity of fabric and the deepening effect can meet customer’s require-ments.
