摘要
海藻酸钠(SA)不适合印制大面积和精细花纹,且近年来价格上升;合成增稠剂FS-80E存在可纺性差,在实际应用中会相互沾污的缺点,将SA与FS-80E复配成复合糊料,以克服上述缺点。研究不同复配比例对复合糊料黏度、抱水性、存储性、流变性、脱糊率以及花纹清晰度的影响,以期获得印花效果好、应用广泛、成本低的复合糊料。结果表明:当SA、FS-80E质量比为6:4时,圆网印花中花纹的轮廓清晰度显著改善。
Sodium alginate(SA) is not suitable for printing large area and fine pattern, and the price has increased in recent years. The synthetic thickener FS-80 E has shortcomings of poor spinnability and will contaminate each other in practical application. SA and FS-80 E were compounded into a composite paste to overcome the above shortcomings. In order to obtain the composite paste with good printing effect, widely used and low cost, the effects of paste properties on viscosity, water holding capacity, storage property, rheological property and debinding rate and pattern definition was studied.The results showed that when the mass ratio of sodium alginate and thickener FS-80 E were 6∶4, the pattern definition could be significantly improved in rotary screen printing.
