摘要
针对小型化5G FR2频段滤波器的应用需求,采用耦合矩阵综合法、层叠型结构,设计了一款4阶基片集成波导滤波器。首先,提取滤波器的耦合矩阵,确定单个谐振腔的尺寸;其次,确定腔体间耦合窗口的大小及输入输出结构的尺寸;最后,将各个部分连接起来,得到滤波器的整体结构,并对其进行优化设计。滤波器的中心频率为25 GHz,相对带宽为3.2%,通带内插入损耗优于1 dB,回波损耗优于25 dB,在25 GHz±3 GHz处的带外抑制优于35 dB。滤波器的面积为平面直线型滤波器的一半,一定程度实现了小型化。
In order to meet the application requirements of miniaturized 5 G FR2 band filter,a fourthorder substrate integrated waveguide filter is designed by using the coupling matrix synthesis method and laminated structure.Firstly,the coupling matrix of the filter is extracted and the size of a single resonator is determined;Then,the size of the coupling window between the cavities and the size of the input and output structure are determined;Finally,the whole structure of the filter is obtained by connecting each part,and its optimization design is carried out.The center frequency of the filter is 25 GHz,the relative bandwidth is 3.2%,the insertion loss in passband is better than 1 dB,and the return loss is better than 25 dB.The out of band rejection at 25 GHz±3 GHz is better than 35 dB.The area of the filter is half of that of the planar linear filter,and the miniaturization is realized to a certain extent.
