摘要
萘醌类化合物易产生活性氧化物(ROS),具有抗菌、杀虫、抗肿瘤等功能,为开发新型抗菌剂、杀虫剂、抗肿瘤剂提供可能。对萘醌类化合物的研究日益增多,但主要集中在农业和医药领域。主要介绍近几年天然及合成植物源萘醌化合物在抗菌、杀虫、抗肿瘤、染色等方面的研究进展,为开发新型功能色素提供思路。
The naphthoquinone compounds are prone to produce reactive oxygen species(ROS),which have antibacterial,insecticidal and anti-tumor properties.It is possible to develop new antibacterial agents,insecticides and anti-tumor agents.The research about naphthoquinone compounds increased largely,but most of them were mainly in the fields of agricultures and medicines.The recent research progress of the natural and the synthetic plant-derived naphthoquinone compounds in antibacterial,insecticidal,antitumor and dyeing were reviewed.It is hoped to provide ideas for the development of new factional pigments.
