摘要
使用还原染料隐色体浸染法对含铜锦纶纱线进行染色,探究了纱线松筒工艺、染色后水洗氧化工艺和浴比对染色的影响。结果表明:绕筒适度松弛,优选双氧水氧化,按照浴比1∶20染色的锦纶纱线得色均匀,色牢度好,纱线铜质量分数达3.817×10^(-3),对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率都达到99%,具有良好的抗菌效果。使用含铜涤纶纱线作为纬纱织成的面料经50次水洗后对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率达99%,说明抗菌效果较持久。
The dyeing method of vat dye leuco dyeing was used to dye copper-containing nylon yarn.The effect of the loose tube process of the yarn,the washing and oxidation process after dyeing and the bath ratio on the dyeing were explored.The results showed that when the yarn was slack around the bobbin,oxidized by adding hydrogen peroxide,and dyed with bath ratio of 1∶20,the obtained nylon yarn had uniform color and good fastness.The copper content of the yarn after dyeing reached 3.817×10^(-3),the antibacterial rate of the yarn against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli after dyeing reaches 99%,which had a good antibacterial effect.The bacteriostatic rate of the fabric woven with copper-containing polyester yarn as the weft yarn against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli after 50 times of washing reached 99%,which indicated that the antibacterial effect was long-lasting.
