摘要
探讨了染整用水水质对湿上蜡剂Belfasin GT整理液稳定性的影响以及Belfasin GT在降低棉纱-金属摩擦系数方面的应用性能。在室温25℃、水硬度278×10^(-6)(以CaCO_(3)计)和电解质Na_(2)SO_(4)质量浓度20 g/L的环境中,Belfasin GT整理液(5 g/L)可稳定至少3 h;32s棉纱用2%(omf)Belfasin GT通过浸渍工艺整理后,与金属的摩擦系数由未处理的大于0.400降为0.175;全棉针织物浸轧30 g/L Belfasin GT(带液率70%)后缝纫性明显改善,缝纫阻力由449 cN降至251 cN;织物黄变小,手感良好。
The influence of water quality on the stability of Belfasin GT finishing solution and the application performances of Belfasin GT in lowering the friction coefficient between cotton yarn and metal were investigated.The results showed that Belfasin GT finishing solution(5 g/L)could be stable for at least 3 h in the environment of room temperature 25℃,water hardness of 278×10^(-6)(calculated by CaCO_(3))and electrolyte Na_(2)SO_(4) mass concentration of 20 g/L.The cotton-metal friction coefficient of 32s cotton yarn finished with 2%(omf)Belfasin GT by impregnation process decreased from more than 0.400 to 0.175.The sewability of cotton knitted fabric padded with 30 g/L Belfasin GT(wet pick-up 70%)was remarkably improved,and the sewing drag force decreased from 449 cN to 251 cN.The treated cotton knitted fabric features had low yellowing and good handle.
