阳离子光固化聚硅氧烷的制备及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以二甲基二甲氧基硅烷、二苯基二甲氧基硅烷和3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷为原料,借助在四甲基氢氧化铵催化下的水解-缩聚反应,制得可阳离子光固化的环氧化苯基聚硅氧烷(EP-PMPS);再将EP-PMPS与不同阳离子光引发剂互配,研究了苯基、环氧基含量对其光聚合效率以及光固化制品性能的影响。结果表明:所合成的EP-PMPS与阳离子光引发剂Irgacure-831互配体系的光固化速率快,转化率相对较高,可达到60%以上;适量苯基和环氧基都可在一定程度上提高光固化制品的拉伸强度。 A novel cationic UV-curable epoxidized polysiloxane(EP-PMPS)has been prepared by hydrolysis-polycondensation of dimethyldimethoxysilane,diphenyldimethoxysilane and 3-(2,3-epoxy-propoxy)propylmethyldiethoxysilane,with tetramethylammonium hydroxide as the catalyst.Then the obtained EP-PMPS is blended with the different cationic photoinitiators.The effects of phenyl and epoxy groups on the photopolymerization efficiency and the performance of photo-cured products are studied.The results show that when EP-PMPS compounds with cationic photo initiator Irgacure-831,it has a fast curing rate and a relatively high conversion(over 60%).The mechanical strength of the UV-cured silicone can be improved with appropriate amount of phenyl and epoxy groups.
