摘要
在酸性条件下,将γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH 560)水解,制得稳定的KH 560水溶液,讨论了催化剂品种和用量、储存时间等对产物性能的影响,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、热重分析、粒径分析等对产物进行了表征。结果表明,以质量分数为0.5%的甲酸作为水解催化剂,制得的产物的各项指标较理想,且产物具有一定的贮存稳定性。将制备的KH 560水溶液及其纯品(现配现用)分别用作浸润剂处理玻璃纤维,其纱团的物理性能、毛羽量、浸胶纱的力学性能和NOL环剪切性能相当,均符合指标要求。
An aqueous solution ofγ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane(KH 560)has been prepared by hydrolysis of KH 560 under acidic conditions.The effects of the contents,the types and concentration of the catalyst,and storage time on the properties of the products are discussed.The products have been characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis and particle size analysis.The results show that with 0.5%formic acid as the hydrolysis catalyst,the prepared product has ideal indicators and good storage stability.The KH 560 hydrolysate solution or the pure KH 560(used immediately after diluted with water)is used to treat the glass fibers respectively,and it is found that the related properties of the treated glass fibers are similar.The physical properties,hairiness,and mechanical properties of the dipped yarn are equivalent to the ring shear performance of NOL,in accord with the requirements.
