摘要 耐久性是燃料电池进一步商业化推广与扩大应用的阻碍之一,而石墨型双极板的失效也始终是燃料电池寿命衰减研究的热点。石墨双极板经受冷却液长期浸泡和冷热冲刷,导致石墨内填充的树脂可能溶解以及热胀冷缩引起脱离,双极板产生微裂纹并导致堆内介质漏量增大等现象。开发燃料电池堆冷热冲刷测试平台,通过控制系统设定冲刷电堆的冷却液流量和温度,加速双极板的失效,以研究其耐久性。利用电堆验证测试,通过分析测试平台数据,说明开发平台测试功能的有效性。 Durability is one of the obstacles to the further commercialization and expansion of fuel cell applications,and the failure of graphite bipolar plates has always been a hot spot in fuel cell degradation studies.The graphite bipolar plate is subjected to long-term immersion and scouring in the coolant with high temperature and low temperature,which may cause the resin filled in the graphite to dissolve and detach,and the bipolar plate to be out of shape and produce micro-cracks.For this,we developed a fuel cell stack hot and cold wash test platform.The flow and temperature of coolant that washes the stack are periodically changed through the platform control center.The test platform can accelerate the failure of the bipolar plate,and then durability of bipolar plate can be studied.Utilizing the fuel cell stack verification test and analyzing the data of the test platform,the effectiveness of the test function of the development platform is demonstrated.
