1000MW机组锅炉褐煤最大掺烧比例预测计算研究

摘要 某电厂1000 MW超超临界机组主烧煤种为神华煤,掺烧煤种为褐煤。在机组各负荷工况下进行不同比例的褐煤掺烧试验,对机组进行褐煤最大掺烧比例预测计算。结果表明,当主烧神华煤热值固定时,机组上煤方式决定燃料平均热值下限,从而计算出不同褐煤热值下的掺烧比例,可为电厂褐煤采购提供合理的建议,优化电厂燃料采购决策,避免褐煤采购偏差造成经济损失。 The main coal type of a 1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit is Shenhua coal,and the blended coal type is lignite.The lignite-blended burning experiments with different ratios were conducted under various load conditions of generator unit,and the prediction calculation of the maximum blending ratio of lignite was carried out.The results show that when the calorific value of Shenhua coal is fixed,the lower limit of average calorific value of fuel is determined by the way of coal loading,and the blending proportion of lignite with different calorific value can be calculated.It can provide reasonable suggestions for lignite procurement,optimize the decision-making of fuel procurement,and avoid economic loss caused by the deviation of lignite procurement.
