摘要
通过实验方法,研究流程布置和管路分布对毛细管型微通道冷凝器换热量的影响。首先从不同流程、相同总管路的冷凝器中实验分析出最优流程布置,然后在此基础上改变每个流程的管路数量,实验分析出最优管路分布。结果表明:相对合理的流程布置和管路分布可以显著提高毛细管型微通道冷凝器的换热能力,同时提高设备的整体制冷性能。
Basing on experimental method,the effect of process layout and pipeline distribution on the capillary micro-channel condenser was discussed.Firstly,having the condenser with different processes and the same main pipeline experimentally analyzed to obtain an optimal process layout,and then having the number of pipelines in each process changed and analyzed to get an optimal pipe distribution.The results showed that,the heat exchange capacity of the capillary micro-channel condenser and the overall refrigeration performance of the equipment can be improved by a reasonable flow arrangement and pipeline distribution.
