摘要
随着油田开发进入中后期,污水处理量日益增加,为提高污水处理效率,需要对含油污水沉降规律进行深入研究。利用COMSOL有限元软件对沉降实验装置进行了建模和分析,得出油水两相介质速度与浓度的变化规律,经过与实际数据的对比可知,此规律与实际沉降过程一致,这对实际污水沉降装置的设计和沉降效率的提高有指导意义。
With the oilfield development entering into the middle or late stage,the sewage treatment becomes increased day by day and an in-depth research on settlement feature of the oily sewage becomes necessary so as to improve the efficiency of sewage treatment.Through having COMSOL software employed to model and analyze sedimentation experimental device,the variation rule of the velocity and the concentration of oil-water medium was obtained.Having it compared with the actual data showed that,this rule is consistent with the actual sedimentation process,and it has guiding significance for actual sewage sedimentation device’s design and the improvement of sedimentation efficiency.
