基于ANSYS的超高压反应器应力分析与校核

摘要 针对超高压反应器设计特性和失效模式,利用ANSYS分析工具,并依据ASME相关标准,对有缺陷超高压反应器进行静强度和内应力分析,通过与原始设计计算数据进行对比,判定缺陷反应器的安全可靠性,提出整改建议,为化工装置的及时复产提供理论依据。 Considering ultrahigh pressure equipment design features and the failure mode,using of ANSYS diagnostic tool and basing on ASME standards to analyze both static strength and internal stress of defective ultrahigh pressure reactors were implemented,including having results compared with the original design data to determine both the safety and reliability of defects in the reactor,put forward suggestions and provide theoretical basis for timely recovery of chemical equipment.
