摘要
针对某公司设计的一台管壳式换热器管束流体诱导振动问题,将换热管按穿过折流板数的不同分为3类进行研究。计算了3类不同跨数的换热管的固有频率理论值,基于ANSYS Workbench平台进行了有限元数值模拟,将理论计算结果分别与干模态分析结果、湿模态分析结果作对比,说明了湿模态分析方法更接近换热管实际情况,同时得到换热管固有频率与之穿过折流板数相关的结论。
Aiming at fluid-induced vibration of a company’s shell-and-tube heat exchanger,having the number of passing baffles based to classify the heat exchange tubes into three categories for study was implemented,including the calculation of the theoretical values of the natural frequency of three types of heat exchange tubes with different spans,and the finite element numerical simulation based on the ANSYS Workbench Comparing theoretical calculation results with the results of the dry modal analysis and the wet modal analysis respectively showed that,the modal analysis method becomes closer to the actual situation of the heat exchange tube,and at the same time,the natural frequency of the heat exchange tube is related to the number of baffles passing through it.
