摘要
对大型搅拌反应器中的旁路挡板,从强度、刚度和疲劳3个方面进行分析,对其强度和刚度进行了模型简化并给出了计算公式。针对挡板受到的循环载荷,建立有限元模型,计算了搅拌工况下的应力分布,然后根据载荷循环特性建立疲劳分析模型,通过材料的S-N曲线进行疲劳寿命分析和预测。
The bypass baffle’s strength,rigidity and fatigue in a large mixing reactor were analyzed and its strength and rigidity modeled and their calculation formula were presented.Considering cycle loading upon the bypass baffle,a finite element model was built to calculate stress distribution in agitation conditions;and in addition,based on loading cycle’s characteristics,a fatigue analysis model was established and then though making use of material’s S-N curve,the bypass baffle’s fatigue life was analyzed and predicted.
