超(超)临界直流锅炉启动系统疏水回收方式的研究及建议 被引量:1

摘要 针对超(超)临界直流锅炉启动过程中疏水如何回收的重大技术问题。通过开展锅炉启动系统的疏水回收方式的系统性研究,采取对比分析方法,锅炉启动系统的关键技术问题研究,且对国内外6种锅炉启动系统疏水回收方式,进行技术特点分析、投资经济性比较。研究表明:锅炉启动疏水回收系统疏水热量,影响锅炉与汽机之间参数匹配性,热态启动时锅炉给水温度达到规定要求,且提出了新建机组和扩建机组锅炉推荐采用的启动系统,供发电运行维护、设计和制造单位参考。 In view of the major technical problems of drain recovery in the start-up process of(ultra)supercritical once-through boiler,this article conducts a systematic study of the drain recovery mode of boiler start-up system through comparative analysis,discusses the key technologies of boiler start-up system,and analyzes the technical characteristics and returns on investment of 6 drain recovery modes of boiler start-up system at home and abroad.The results show that the drain heat of boiler start-up and drain recovery system affects the parameter matching between the boiler and the steam turbine,and the boiler feed-water temperature reaches the specified value when the boiler is started in a hot state.Moreover,the start-up system of boilers in the new and the expanded units is proposed for reference by the power generation operation,maintenance,design,and manufacturing companies.
