高寒地区转辙机内部结霜现象预防研究

摘要 道岔转辙机是铁路运输中的关键设备,在高寒地区,由于冬季昼夜温差大,在使用过程中极易出现转辙机机内结霜的安全隐患,影响道岔正常转换或导致道岔失去表示。针对此情况,本文结合相关故障案例,分析了转辙机机内结霜成因及危害,从管理和技术2个方面提出了预防方法和改进措施,并以神池南站设备为例,对转辙机内部结霜原因进行了试验和分析,找到了转辙机内部结霜的原因,为解决高寒地区转辙机内部结霜问题提供了有效的预防方法和改进措施。 The point machine is the key device for railway transportation.In cold area,because of the large temperature difference between day and night in winter,the point machine is prone to frost during operation,resulting the abnormal operation of track switch or the loss of track switch indication.Under this circumstance,this article discusses the causes and hazards of frost inside the point machine with reference to related fault cases,proposes the prevention and improvement measures in terms of management and technology,tests and analyzes the causes for the frosting inside the point machine with the equipment at Shenchinan Station as an example.Therefore,it provides effective prevention and improvement measures to solve the frost inside the point machine in cold area.
